1. Agreement
By buying, installing or using Nexus Point Truck © (the “Software”), you agree to these terms. The Software is sold by Johnny Haynes Consultation and made by Johnny Haynes (“I”, “me”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
2. What you are buying
Nexus Point Truck © is a truck GPS navigation app for Android phones and tablets: truck-safe routing, low-bridge alerts, truck stops, offline maps, a floating music player with Phone and Tablet sizes, and a volume booster. One purchase includes the Android APK, version 9.0.30. It has no sign-in, no approval step and no device lock.
3. License
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on Android devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute or publish the Software or your download links, and you may not modify, decompile or reverse engineer it or remove its copyright notice, name or logo, except where the law expressly allows it.
4. One-time purchase
The Software is sold for a single one-time price shown at checkout ($26.99 USD). It is not a subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, and I do not receive or store your card details.
5. What the Software stores on your device
Nexus Point Truck © installs as a normal Android app. It stores its settings, saved places, your truck profile and any offline map areas you download inside its own app storage. It asks for location (for navigation), and optionally notification access (to show and control your music) and notifications. Uninstalling the app removes it and its data.
6. Driving safety
Nexus Point Truck © is a navigation aid. Always obey road signs, posted clearances and weight limits, and the law. Map, clearance, traffic and speed-limit data can be incomplete or out of date. Do not operate the app while driving in a way that distracts you. YouTube Music background playback requires YouTube Music Premium.
7. No warranty
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits from using, or being unable to use, the Software, and my total liability is limited to the price you paid for it.
9. Termination
This license ends automatically if you break these terms or receive a refund. When it ends, you must uninstall and delete the Software.
10. Third-party components
The Software is built with the .NET runtime, Avalonia UI and SkiaSharp, which are used under their own open-source (MIT) licenses.
11. Changes
I may update the Software or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
