1. What Nexus Point Truck © is
Nexus Point Truck © is a truck GPS navigation app for Android phones and tablets. It gives truck-safe routes based on your truck's size and weight, low-bridge alerts, truck stops, offline maps, music controls and a volume booster. It has no account system and no sign-in, and it shows no ads. It uses the internet for maps, routing, search and traffic. See the Privacy Policy for details.
It is a one-time purchase of $26.99 USD with no subscription. It is delivered as a downloadable Android app file (APK), version 9.0.30.
2. System requirements
- Android: an Android phone or tablet running Android 8.0 or newer, with GPS. Version 9.0.30 APK, installed directly (not from Google Play).
- Internet: live maps, routing, search and traffic need a data connection. Areas downloaded with Offline maps keep working with weak or no signal.
- Music: music controls work with Spotify and YouTube Music installed on the device. Background playback of YouTube Music requires a YouTube Music Premium subscription; without it, YouTube Music plays only while its app is in front.
3. Acceptable use
You may install and use Nexus Point Truck © on Android devices you own or control. The license is personal and non-exclusive. It is not a sale of the software's copyright, which stays with the seller.
4. Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell, redistribute, share or publicly post the APK or your download links.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or remove copyright notices from the Software, except where the law allows it.
- Attempt to bypass or abuse the purchase and download process, including sharing or tampering with download links.
5. Payment terms
Processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. The seller does not see or store your card number. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.
Price. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in USD, plus any taxes that apply. Price may change for future purchases.
Delivery. After Stripe confirms your payment, you are sent to a download page with your personal APK download link. The link stays active for 24 hours after it is first issued, and during that time you can download the app as many times as you like. Returning to the same download page does not extend the 24 hours. If your link expires or fails, contact support with your Stripe receipt and a new link will be issued.
Receipt. Stripe emails a receipt for each payment. Keep it as proof of purchase.
6. Refunds
Because the product is a digital download, refunds are limited. Our terms:
- You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your Stripe receipt.
- Refunds are approved if Nexus Point Truck © does not install or run on your supported device after we have tried to help, or if you were charged in error or twice.
- Refunds are not given for change of mind after the app has been downloaded and used, for devices that are not supported (see System requirements), or because YouTube Music does not play in the background without YouTube Music Premium.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Timing depends on your bank and is typically 5 to 10 business days.
- After a refund, your license ends and you agree to uninstall and delete the software.
7. User responsibilities
You are responsible for: checking that your device meets the system requirements; allowing the install if Android or Google Play Protect warns about an app from an unknown source (the app is installed directly, not from Google Play); driving safely, obeying road signs, posted restrictions and the law, and setting your truck's size and weight correctly; keeping your receipt and download link private; and keeping your own copy of the APK.
8. Updates and availability
The seller may release updates and may change or discontinue features. No guarantee is made that the Software will work on every device or Android version, or that map, routing, clearance, traffic or speed-limit data is complete or accurate. Routes and alerts are aids only; the driver is always responsible for the vehicle.
9. Intellectual property
Nexus Point Truck ©, its name, logo and artwork are the property of the seller. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Software. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.
11. Privacy
Nexus Point Truck © has no account and does not ask for your name or phone number. To show maps and routes, it sends map, routing, search and traffic requests, including your location and destinations, to the mapping services it uses. The website and purchase process may process limited information, such as the email on your Stripe receipt, only to complete your purchase and give support. See the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Software after a change means you accept it.
