1. Agreement

By buying, installing or using Nexus Scanner (the “App”), you agree to these terms. The App is provided by Johnny Haynes (“I”, “me”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your own Android devices. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or remove ownership notices from the App, except where the law allows it.

3. One-time purchase

The App is sold for a single one-time price shown at checkout. It is not a subscription. Payments are processed by Square, and I do not receive or store your card details.

4. Your documents

The App works on your device and does not request internet access. Your scans and files stay on your phone. You are responsible for backing up your own files and for having the right to scan and sign what you scan.

5. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Text recognition and auto-crop may make mistakes, so check important documents yourself.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages from using the App, and my total liability is limited to the price you paid for it.

7. Changes

I may update the App or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
